Doors that get scheduled maintenance rarely end up on our emergency line. We check balance, tighten hardware, lubricate moving parts, and flag anything close to end of life.
We treat maintenance visits with the same thoroughness as a diagnostic repair call.
A door that doesn't hold steady when lifted manually is a sign of spring wear worth addressing before it fails.
Loose hardware and dry moving parts are two of the most common causes of premature wear we catch during maintenance.
We provide the same level of documentation on a maintenance visit as we would on a repair.
Whatever brought you here, one of these service lines is the fix, and one call gets a technician moving.
A full mechanical check and lubrication service recommended twice a year to catch wear before it becomes a failure.
We verify spring balance with the opener disconnected, then adjust opener force and limit settings to match.
We torque-check every accessible fastener and inspect brackets for early signs of fatigue.
Proper lubrication reduces noise and wear significantly, and it's one of the most cost-effective maintenance steps available.
When a part is close to end of life, we'll recommend proactive replacement during a scheduled visit rather than waiting for a breakdown.
Call +1-831-293-1591 →A quick call sets up a seasonal tune-up appointment on your schedule.
Technicians arrive with lubrication supplies and common replacement parts in case something needs immediate attention.
You'll see a written summary of findings before agreeing to any additional work.
Maintenance completed, door tested, and a written condition report provided before we leave.
“Tune-up caught a fraying cable before it snapped. Cheaper than the emergency call it would've turned into.”
“Appreciated the written report showing exactly what was checked and what's in good shape.”
“Been getting the seasonal tune-up for three years now and haven't had a single breakdown.”
We recommend a tune-up twice a year, ideally before the hottest and coldest months when temperature swings stress hardware most.
The visit covers everything from spring balance to opener safety-reverse testing.
Catching a spring at 80 to 90 percent of its cycle life avoids the surprise of a sudden failure.
Preventive visits typically cost far less than the emergency repair they help you avoid.
Maintenance visits are priced as a flat rate, confirmed before scheduling, separate from any additional repair found.
We'll explain what was found, quote the fix, and let you decide whether to address it now or schedule separately.
Same-day dispatch, upfront pricing, and a written warranty on every visit.
